Ukitig and Ukitech

UKITIG was founded in 1982 for manufacturing industrial piping and for machine installations. One of the company’s most essential basic ideas is high quality, of which we have received also the certificates by Inspecta Oy.
Resulted from this quality principle our activities are expanded and more versatile. In 1993 our sister company UKITECH was founded to strengthen the organization. 

In 2005 the organization was simplified to focus all the business activities on one company, UKITIG Oy. UKITECH remained the auxiliary company of the new company and it is used in the activities of the combined company in Kotka. 

Our business units are in Uusikaupunki, where we have our head office and the industrial hall premises of over 2000 m2, and in Kotka with the industrial hall and offices, the total of 1000 m2. The companies share the staff of about 120 and the annual turnover of 12 M€.

Activities
UKITIG is specialized in industrial piping in such fields as process, food and medical industries as well as energy production. Materials are rustproof, acid resisting, and carbon steels as well as steels with high temperature strength.
UKITECH supplies special piping and instrumentation for paper and cardboard machines along with the necessary automation and electric installations.
UKITIG/UKITECH is well known as a reliable and versatile supplier not to speak of products of high quality.

Range of Activities
The company operates both at home and abroad. Our foreign projects are primarily in Central and Southern Europe and Scandinavian countries. The foreign share of the turnover is about 30 %.
